Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed.

UK Delivery
Standard delivery takes 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Delays
While we do our best to meet these timeframes, occasional delays may occur during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 12 business days of dispatch, please contact us at konnorrob1998@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.

Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order arrives incomplete or you receive the wrong item, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery so we can put it right.
